About
My name is Nicolette (she/they), but many people in my life call me Nikki. I grew up in a town called Doylestown, in the suburbs of Philadelphia - a place I grow to love more with each passing year. Sources (my mother, the bad-ass salon owner herself, Debbie Smith) may say I was often found running around my house dancing and singing, leaving a plethora of crafts scattered about, and annoying my older brother. I am inspired by my grandpa's guitar and piano playing, musicians like Pinegrove and Andy Shauf, my endlessly curious cat named Tony, and books that tell deeply human stories or otherwise strange tales ("A Tree Grows In Brooklyn" by Betty Smith is a favorite). I am consistently inspired by art made to resist and find multiple truths. I am a recent graduate of Syracuse University Drama with a BFA Musical Theater.
